Description
3.4364, also known as EN AW-7075, is a high-strength, heat-treatable aluminum-zinc-magnesium-copper alloy developed for demanding structural applications. It is widely used in aerospace, motorsport, and mechanical engineering where forged components must withstand extreme mechanical loads while maintaining a low weight. The alloy offers excellent fatigue strength and good machinability, though its corrosion resistance is lower compared to other aluminum grades and typically requires surface protection. At Rosswag, we manufacture high-performance forged parts from 3.4364 using advanced open-die forging and precision machining. Its outstanding strength-to-weight ratio makes it a top choice for highly loaded, safety-critical components.
