Description
3.4334, also known as EN AW-7020, is a heat-treatable aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloy that offers high strength, excellent weldability, and good corrosion resistance. It is particularly well-suited for structural applications in aerospace, defense, and transport, where forged components must combine mechanical performance with long-term durability. Unlike many other 7xxx series alloys, 3.4334 provides a favorable balance between strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for welded structures and safety-critical parts. At Rosswag, we manufacture precision-forged components from 3.4334 using advanced open-die forging and machining technologies. Its strength, weldability, and resistance to environmental influences make it a dependable material for demanding engineering solutions.
