Description
EN AW-2014 is a heat-treatable aluminum-copper alloy known for its very high strength, excellent machinability, and good wear resistance. It is particularly well-suited for forged components in aerospace, automotive, and heavy machinery applications where high mechanical loads and durability are required. Although its corrosion resistance is limited, this can be improved through anodizing or other protective surface treatments. At Rosswag, we produce high-performance forged parts from EN AW-2014 using advanced open-die forging and precision machining. Its strength, reliability, and machining behavior make it ideal for demanding structural and technical applications.
