Description
EN AW-2124 is a high-strength, heat-treatable aluminum-copper alloy designed for aerospace and high-performance structural applications requiring excellent fatigue resistance and mechanical strength. Compared to EN AW-2024, it offers improved fracture toughness and better performance in damage-critical areas, making it ideal for forged aircraft components, fuselage frames, and other load-bearing structures. While its corrosion resistance is limited, it can be enhanced through protective surface treatments. At Rosswag, we manufacture precision-forged components from EN AW-2124 using advanced open-die forging and machining technologies. Its strength, toughness, and reliability make it a preferred material for demanding aerospace and engineering environments.
