Description
EN AW-2214 is a high-strength, heat-treatable aluminum-copper alloy with excellent machinability, good wear resistance, and strong fatigue performance. It is particularly suitable for forged components in aerospace, automotive, and mechanical engineering applications where high mechanical loads and dimensional stability are critical. While its corrosion resistance is lower than other aluminum alloys, it can be effectively improved through anodizing or other protective treatments. At Rosswag, we produce high-quality forged parts from EN AW-2214 using advanced open-die forging and precision machining. Its strength, machinability, and reliability make it a proven choice for demanding structural and dynamic applications.
