Description
EN AW-4032 is a high-performance, heat-treatable aluminum-silicon alloy with added magnesium and nickel, offering excellent wear resistance, low thermal expansion, and high strength at elevated temperatures. It is particularly well-suited for forged components in high-stress environments such as motorsport, aerospace, and engine construction, including pistons, cylinder liners, and structural elements. The alloy also features good machinability and moderate corrosion resistance, which can be enhanced through surface treatments. At Rosswag, we manufacture precision-forged parts from EN AW-4032 using advanced open-die forging and machining technologies. Its thermal stability, wear resistance, and mechanical reliability make it ideal for dynamic, high-performance applications.
