Description
EN AW-7108 A is a high-strength, heat-treatable aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloy designed for structural applications requiring excellent mechanical strength and good fatigue resistance. It is particularly suited for components in the transport, construction, and defense sectors where forged parts must endure high static and dynamic loads. While its weldability and corrosion resistance are more limited compared to other alloys, these properties can be enhanced through proper surface treatments. At Rosswag, we produce precision-forged components from EN AW-7108 A using advanced open-die forging and machining technologies. Its strong performance and structural integrity make it a reliable material for demanding, load-bearing applications.
