Description
1.7735 ESU, also known as 14MoV6-3, is a low-alloy steel known for its excellent high-temperature strength, toughness, and good resistance to oxidation. Enhanced through the Electro Slag Remelting (ESR) process, which significantly improves its purity and mechanical properties, this material is ideal for demanding applications in the power generation, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries. It is particularly well-suited for manufacturing components such as boiler tubes, pressure vessels, and high-stress piping systems that operate under high-temperature conditions. At Rosswag, we utilize 1.7735 ESU for open-die forging and precision machining, ensuring the production of robust and reliable components. Its good weldability and formability further enhance its versatility, making it a preferred choice for industrial applications requiring superior high-temperature performance, strength, and durability.
